Valencia Bathroom Remodel wants these guides and the call back form to work whether you browse with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader or text blown up to twice its size. Last reviewed September 30, 2026.
The target
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.1, at Level AA. That is the goal the pages are tested against.
How it is tested
Before any update is published, every page goes through axe, an automated accessibility checker, once on a narrow phone screen and once on a wide desktop one. Its latest run reported nothing serious or critical.
Software misses things a person would catch, so a hands on review by keyboard and with a screen reader is planned. It has not been done yet.
Report a barrier
Use the call back form, set to A part of this site is hard to use. In the notes box, say which page you were on and what stopped you. You can also add your device, browser or assistive tool, like a magnifier or voice control, if that helps.

What to expect
An answer within 2 business days, and the problem put right within 45 days of your report. When something needs longer, you will be told the reason and a new date.
